In addition to raising animals, we also grow food using hydroponic systems and traditional gardening.

Our hydroponic lettuce and microgreens are grown in controlled environments that allow us to produce fresh greens year-round.

These growing systems are part of our larger homestead experiment, including turning an old swimming pool into a greenhouse and aquaponics system.
